Off Road Camper Trailer, Teardrop Style. in HASTINGS POINT, New South Wales for sale

Teardrop style off road camper trailer.
I constructed this camper based upon the teardrop style of camper but built for aussie conditions and built strong. It is 2500mm long x 1500mm wide with a 1500mm 100 x 50 drawbar.
Chassis
The chassis is 75 x 50 rhs and is triangulated and crossbraced for strength.
The frame is 50 x 50 shs and is also triangulated and crossbraced.
Fully welded and painted. The frame is strong enough to support a roof top tent on the roof racks that are tied into the frame. You can walk on the frame on the roof if you need to.
The suspension is 7 leaf off road rebound springs with 10" electric brakes and Toyota Prado alloy wheels.
An off road hitch is fitted.
Body
The body is clad inside and out in Composite Aluminium Sheeting that has an ali skin with a poly core.
The walls and roof are fully insulated and over 2 inches thick. The insulation is so good that in winter we camped out west where it was 3deg outside and 19deg inside wihthout any heating.
Inside
Inside the 'squaredrop' is a double bed that sits on a carpeted floor.
Above the feet area is a full width bunk bed that our 7yo sleeps on. If you dont need the bunk you could change it to a shelf to put your TV, laptop or clothes on.
There is a large window on one side and a smaller window in the door. Both have screens on them and are quality 'aussie traveller' brand. These give plenty of air flow and can be open when it rains as they swing up when open.
Twin LED lights are fitted.
Kitchen
A full width kitchen is accessible by opening the rear hatch that is supported on gas struts.
There is a removable 'sink' and a flickmaster tap that connects to the twin 65lt water tanks or to external mains water when at a park. You can choose which you use simply by turning the flickmaster either way.
Kitchen cabinets in melamine are complete with slide out plastic tubs. There is space for the butane cooker and a small waeco fridge.
Lift up the kitchen bench and you can access additional storage and the 100 amp hour deep cycle battery that powers the lighting.
The water tanks are protected with steel protection plates.
There are three led light strips on the hatch and one under the cupboards in the kitchen.
Roof Top Tent
Sleeping for two more is available in the quality roof top tent by GordiGear. The ladder extends down onto the drawbar for access.

Awning area
A Foxwing wrap around awning is attached to the roof racks and covers the side and rear of the camper. It also has four foxwing panels that zip onto the Foxwing to turn the area into an annexe or additional shelter.

Price
The price is $9500 firm. If you know campers then you know this is a bargain. You cant buy these and need to have them built and once you factor in labour your would easily add another 10K to the price.
I am happy to down spec it if you need.
If you dont need the foxwing and panels take $1000 off.
If you dont need the roof top tent take another $1000 off.
I have a rhino rack and bushranger waterproof cargo bag that can replace the roof top tent to give additional storage and if you wanted that then I would swap it for the RTT and reduce the price by $500.
It is registered in Tasmania and am happy to get a blue slip for NSW or QLD so it can be registered there. Interstate buyers I am happy to transport to a depot after inspection.
